You can buy all tickets for public tours in advance online. Tickets can also be purchased on site at the Tourist Information until the time of the tour. Subject to availability.

In principle, cancellations, changes or no-shows will be charged the total amount.

Even if bad weather is announced, we cannot accept rebookings/cancellations. Our tours take place in all weathers, so we always recommend that you dress appropriately for the weather. In case of precipitation, our guides will make sure that participants can stand in the dry during stops.

Our classic city tours are all barrier-free. In addition, there is the "St. Gallen hören und ertasten" (hear and feel St. Gallen) tour which is particularly suitable for groups that include visually impaired or blind people.
