Old town walking tour with abbey library and cathedral

The St.Gallen Abbey District has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1983 and the lavish Baroque ensemble including the library and cathedral will leave even culture vultures in breathless amazement. During the approximately 1.5-hour guided tour, you will learn many interesting facts about the Baroque cathedral with its imposing double-towered facade. The heart of the abbey district is the abbey library, which is one of the oldest and most beautiful libraries in the world.This tour also leads through a part of the old town.
